Ndegwa Njiru

He is presently a legal/law reform specialist and has extensive experience in constitutional litigation, devolution and contracts negotiations with a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Kampala International University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Lead counsel in the team representing honourable Martin Nyaga Wambora during the impeachment as the governor of Embu County. He successfully got the orders restraining the County Assembly from impeaching the governor in Andrew Ireri Njeru & 34 others v County Assembly of Embu & 3 others [2014] eKLR, when the governor of Embu County was facing the impeachment motions both at the County assembly and at the Senate. This orders came just in time a moment before the then Deputy Governor was sworn in as the Governor as per the law.

Charles Mwangi

He is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Catholic University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He has specialized in the following areas of legal practice: Civil Litigation, Debt Recovery, Insurance Claims, Probate work and other related legal matters. He has represented clients through tribunals and all the subordinate and appellate courts. Under his observe the firm is involved in prosecuting various claims which include a claim for recovery of land (82 Acres of land in Muthaiga) proceedings at the Environment and Land Court with very high chances of success. Whose net monetary value of the matter being about One Billion Kenyan Shillings (KShs.1, 000, 000,000).

Laureen Ndanu Muisyo

She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a Bachelors of Laws degree from Kampala International University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Business Law from Birmingham City University. She has vast experience in corporate practice including preparation and filing of annual returns, drafting of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, and attending to changes to Memoranda and Articles of Association. She also formulates and develops Conveyance documents, Commercial Transactions such as preparation and review of commercial agreements, Company Incorporation and Joint Venture agreements, drawing and preparing regulatory compliance documents.
